Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking

TrustFlight is committed to the abolition of modern slavery and human trafficking and is also committed to complying with the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We acknowledge the role that we can play to help to bring this about. Our recruitment and onboarding processes ensure that we recruit only staff who have the legal right to work.

We aim to influence other organisations we do business with to influence good practices in the employment of people by other organisations.

Our Supplier approval process requires our suppliers to commit to our Supplier Code of Conduct which includes the requirements of Modern Slavery laws. We aim to work with suppliers that share our values and commitments to ethical trading and we do not knowingly enter into business with any organisation, in the UK or abroad, which knowingly supports or is found to be involved in slavery, servitude and forced or compulsory labour.

We strictly prohibit any form of slavery, exploitation, child abuse, illegal child labour, forced, bonded or compulsory labour and human trafficking in our business activities and supply chains.

We have a duty of care and aim to act ethically in all of our business relationships. You are encouraged to report any concerns so appropriate action can be taken. Please contact info@trustflight.com to report any concerns.
