Karl, 2024 has been another transformative year for TrustFlight. Can you walk us through some of the highlights?
Karl: “Absolutely. This year was all about innovation and expansion. A key milestone was the launch of Centrik 5, the latest version of our leading QMS platform. This iteration brings a significantly improved user experience, enhanced performance, and a suite of new features that have been very well received by our customers.
In terms of growth, we’re thrilled to welcome CommuteAir, a United Airlines subsidiary, to our Electronic Tech Log (ETL) platform, as well as dozens of other new customers to TrustFlight. Expanding our partnerships with leading operators like CommuteAir reinforces our position as a trusted partner in digital transformation, and we’re exciting to continue our success in 2025.
Another significant accomplishment was the introduction of powerful integrations, such as NAVBLUE with the TrustFlight Tech Log, and multiple FDM integrations into Centrik. These advancements reflect our ongoing commitment to creating seamless, end-to-end solutions that add real value for our customers.
We also took a big step forward in leveraging AI across our solutions. One of the standout innovations was our AI-Enabled Voice Safety Reporting, which streamlines and accelerates the process of safety reporting. This kind of cutting-edge technology ensures that we continue to push the boundaries of what’s possible for safety and compliance in aviation, while showcasing TrustFlight’s leadership in artificial intelligence.
Richard, it seems like TrustFlight was on the move this year. Can you share more about your outreach efforts?
Richard: “You’re absolutely right—we’ve been busier than ever. Our team traveled to more than 25 cities around the globe, attending trade shows, sponsoring events, and meeting with customers. These visits are invaluable, as they allow us to deepen relationships and gain firsthand insights into the challenges and opportunities our customers face.
We’ve also launched an exciting new webinar program, offering live showcases of our capabilities twice a month. These webinars have been a fantastic way to connect with both existing and potential customers, giving them a closer look at what our solutions can achieve.
At the heart of everything we do is a focus on listening to and learning from our partners. By staying close to our customers—whether through webinars, city visits, or integrations—we ensure that our solutions remain highly relevant and impactful.”
Looking ahead, what’s your vision for 2025?
Karl: “We’re incredibly optimistic about what lies ahead. The successes of 2024 have set a strong foundation for continued growth and innovation. In 2025, we’ll be doubling down on customer engagement, expanding our reach, and continuing to push the boundaries of what technology can achieve in aviation.
Our aim is to keep delivering solutions that reduce risk, enhance safety, and improve compliance, all while supporting our customers as they navigate their own digital transformation journeys. We’re excited to continue building on the momentum we’ve created this year.”
